Truth with Assertion
Truth means facts that are believed to be truth. There are different categories of truths; truth by knowledge or truth by ignorance.Truth can be according to knowledge and understanding, believe and unbelief. Truth is ability to make sound judgement based on facts at hand. True or realty must be ascertain with confirmation of facts. Facts depend on bases, hence truth is at times difficult to ascertain.With the digital era there is so much information without proof of authenticity.The desire to know the truth in accordance with facts should be imperative. The only truth that is consistent is the word of God. It hasn’t changed. It remains the same even when everything seems changing constantly.Words of God withstands developments and innovations, remains same, cannot be altered.Truth in accordance with facts should be important in every aspect of life. It is important for everyone to make more effort to know the truth according to the knowledge of Christ, his grace and goodness towards mankind. The knowledge of the true words of God leads to growing in grace and maturity. Obedient to the true words of Jesus Christ leads to effectiveness. Truth is most needed in the whole word as at today. 2 Peter 1:8 says “if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of Christ” (KJV)
