Recognizing Value
Value can be recognized by focusing on passion. and having-the ability to focus on purposeful activities. Purposes is meaningful and sometimes too broad to navigate. Value is recognized when focus is directed towards what is relevant and not what is irrelevant.
Money doesn’t mean value or contentment. Value that matters is pure value. Life purpose or goal intention determine pure value. There are factors beyond control when determining pure or right value. Right value correlates with the right reason. So, what are the reasons beyond values?
Christ is impressed with bearing good fruits: For example, winning souls, releasing the oppressed, helping the needy are all important to Jesus Christ. Therefore, if a person’s intention is to steal, kill, and destroy, that person has no purpose. Daily lives should be filled with activities that add value. But what is value?
Value is recognized when resources, skills, and intelligence are utilized for the right reason. This can be achieved by turning skills into useful and productive activities, while embracing decency and empathy in everything.
“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him” (Colossians 3:17 KJV)
